8 lg. potatoes, diced and cooked
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, optional
4 strips of bacon

Mix all ingredients except bacon and place in 9x13 inch pan. Top with bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
