GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
12 corn tortillas
1 (16 oz.) can hominy (drained)
2 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 cans green chilies
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (16 oz.) can green chili salsa

Quickly fry tortillas in hot grease. Cover bottom of 9x13 inch casserole with half tortillas. Layer all of hominy, 1 cup cheese, half the onion and half the chopped green chilies over tortillas. Cover with tortillas, ground beef, rest of cheese, onions and green chilies. Pour salsa over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
