EASY ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
3 med. or 2 lg. zucchini = 3 c.
1 lg. onion, sliced or diced
Sm. (8 oz.) Mozzarella, shredded
1 egg
Dijon mustard = 1 tbsp. or so
Basil
Black pepper
Oregano

Line pie plate with crescent rolls - pressing together seams. Spread all over with Dijon mustard. Saute onion with butter, place in colander. Saute zucchini in small amounts, place in same colander. Press with hand, lightly, zucchini and onion to drain butter. Mix zucchini mix, egg and spices and cheese. Put in pie plate, cover edges with foil. Bake until center is firm at 350 degrees.
