HONEY RICE PUDDING 
3/4 c. uncooked rice (not processed)
6 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients except raisins and pour into a buttered 3 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in slow oven about 2 1/2 hours. Once during first hour, stir crust back into pudding. Repeat during second hour. Drop raisins in and stir about 30 minutes before pudding is done. Makes about 8 servings.
