PRUNE HONEY PUDDING 
1 c. chopped prunes, cooked
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
Grated rind 1 lemon
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder

Can be frozen.

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered 1 quart baking dish. Put dish in shallow pan hot water. Bake moderate oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold; with thin cream or top milk, if desired. Serves 6.
