NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Filling:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients for pie crust and press into bottom and sides of pie pan to 2-inches high. Press it down with another pie pan until it is smooth.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add unbeaten eggs and sugar until smooth. Add cream and vanilla a little at a time, beating until smooth each time. Pour mixture in crumb crust and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°F.
