PASTA ALFREDO 
1 lb. fettucini
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. half 'n half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In medium saucepan over very low heat, saute garlic in butter. When garlic is soft, add parsley, pepper, half 'n half and cheese. Stir and heat until well blended and cheese is melted. DO NOT BOIL.

Meanwhile, cook fettucini according to package directions; drain. Place fettucini in serving bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and toss to blend. Serves 4-6.
