WHITE SAUCE BUTTER BALLS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 c. butter

Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper. In mixer bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cream until smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto sheets; freeze. Place in zip lock bag to use.

THIN WHITE SAUCE:

1 ball and 1 cup milk. Use wire whisk and cook over medium heat.

MEDIUM:

2 butter balls and 1 cup milk.

THICK:

3 butter balls and 1 cup milk

Can add chopped green onion and green pepper. Saute. May use half and half instead of milk. Saute 1 thinly sliced onion. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese.
