EASY FISH FLORENTINE | |
1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed 8 rich round crackers, crushed (1/3 c.) 2 tbsp. wheat germ 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Thaw fish if frozen. Place fillets in single layer in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Spoon souffle atop. Combine crackers, wheat germ and cheese. Sprinkle over all. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Garnish with lemon wedges. |
