2/3 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 4 c. quick oats 1/2 c. corn syrup 2 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Add oats, syrup and vanilla. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and spread with topping. Refrigerate. TOPPING: 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips 2/3 c. peanut butter Melt together and spread in cooled bars. Then refrigerate, cut into bars. |
