ROTHA 
4 or 5 lg. potatoes
4-6 pork or veal chops
1 lg. onion
4 stalks of celery
1 dissolved bouillon cube (chicken or vegetable)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Pam

Spray baking dish with Pam. Put chops on bottom of pan. Slice potatoes round, thin, and pout over chops. Then slice onions, thin and place over potatoes, and celery over onions. Salt and pepper, and pour over it a can of tomato sauce. Cover with foil, bake 1/2 hour, uncover if dry put in bouillon and continue to cook 30 to 45 minutes. Check for doneness, as you like it.
