ORANGE SPICE MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine egg, milk, oil and thawed juice. In a separate bowl sift flour, sugar, baking powder and spice. Add egg mixture and stir until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
