HAM AND RICE DINNER 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked lean ham
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter in large non-stick skillet. Add ham, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Stir to blend (do not cook). Add curry powder. Add rice to mixture. Heat to warm before serving. Serves 4-6.
