WESTERN ROUND STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. of water

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Dip into egg then in corn flakes mixed with chili powder. Brown meat on both sides in oil at medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
