HIDDEN TREASURE CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Mix and set aside.

CAKE BATTER:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. salad oil
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well, fill cups 2/3 full, put heaping teaspoon of top mixture in middle, sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
