TACO SALAD 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
3 cans tomatoes (1 Italian, 1 Mexican, 1 Cajun)
1 can red beans
1 can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 env. Ranch style dressing

Combine all and simmer. Serve hot; top with grated cheese (Cheddar and Mozzarella) and Doritos.
