TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
5 oz. noodles, cooked
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
Grated cheese

Mix soup, milk and 1/4 pound cheese together in saucepan. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in salt and pepper. Pour small amount of sauce into large baking dish. Layer with noodles, turkey and more sauce. Repeat layers. Top with additional grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
