TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can V-8
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper, optional
1/2 c. water

In large skillet over medium heat, combine turkey, onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook 10 minutes stirring and separating turkey as it cooks. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, V-8 and Worcestershire sauce. Add remaining ingredients and the 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
