VEGETABLE FRUIT CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can carrots, drained and mashed
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1 yellow cake mix
Oil and water, as directed on cake mix
Powdered sugar

Mix cake as directed on box, stir in carrots, fruit cocktail and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes or until done. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves: 6 to 8.
