VEGETABLE HOT CAKES 
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. grated zucchini squash
2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoons into hot oiled skillet. Cook until golden brown.
