SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked rice
2 c. raw shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. bell pepper
2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sharp cheese, cubed (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Place in greased baking casserole and bake (covered) at 350 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.
