CRAB FRITTERS 
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
6 drops Worcestershire sauce

Beat egg, add milk and Bisquick. Add seasonings and crabmeat. In heavy skillet, heat 2 to 3 inches of shortening, oil or grease to 375 degrees. Drop batter by teaspoon and fry until golden. Yield: 24 fritters.
