CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
2 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
3 to 4 drops of oil of peppermint
1 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
Color as desired with a few drops of food coloring

Knead with hands until consistency of pie dough. Roll into a cylindrical shape. Cut into bite size pieces. Place on waxed paper until set. May be kept in a tightly covered tin.
