SWEDISH "KREM" GRAPEJUICE

2 1/2 c. grapejuice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Cool. Serves 6.
