CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. coconut
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, blend in sugar, flour and stir in all other ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until coconut is brown and pie is firm.
