IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco mix
4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Lettuce, shredded

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease (I use spray stuff) 10 x 1 1/2 inch deep (or more) pie pan.

Cook beef and onion until beef browns (I micro it); drain grease. Add taco mix and stir. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with chilies.

In blender pour milk, mix and eggs and blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Pour this over goodies in pie pan - CAREFULLY - real full pie pan (may want to put on cookie sheet).

Bake 25 minutes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out dry.

While giving pie 5 minutes to cool, chop tomatoes and tear lettuce and put on top of pie in circles with dollop of sour cream (low cholesterol type) in center.
