TOMATO PIE | |
9" deep dish pie shell 3 lg. tomatoes, sliced 6 strips bacon, fried & crumbled (I use about 10) 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 c. mayonnaise Bake frozen pie shell 5 to 7 minutes. Place tomatoes in bottom of pie shell; top with bacon. Combine cheese and mayonnaise; pour over tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 |
