CHOW MEIN (Shrimp, beef or pork) 
1 can bean sprouts

Drain liquid off, fresh in cold water.

2 c. diced pork, veal, turkey or shrimp
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. water

Brown meat in shortening. Add soy sauce, salt, bouillon. Cover and cook until meat is tender. Add onions and celery, bean sprouts. Cook 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch, ginger, molasses and water. Stir until thickened. Serve over chow mein noodles, rice with soy sauce.
