POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add potato chips and nuts; stir in flour. Form into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat with a tumbler dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Don't overbake.
