SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (light or cholesterol free)
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill. Makes 3 cups.

Serve with pumpernickel bread, a round loaf that has been hollowed out and put the dip inside.
