COOKED SHORT RIBS 
2 lbs. short ribs
Oil
1 lb. fresh green beans
5 oz. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion

Brown short ribs in oil that covers bottom of Dutch oven. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. After ribs are browned add water to cover the ribs. Cover Dutch oven with lid, turn heat on low and cook 1 hour.
