SALMON PATTIES 
1 lg. can salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon and reserve 2 tablespoons of juice. Mix salmon, egg and onion. To the salmon juice, add flour and baking powder. Mix all together. Form into patties and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
