TACO MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. each finely chopped onions, green pepper, celery
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can taco sauce
11 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup

Combine meat, onions, green pepper, celery, rice, eggs, and garlic salt. Mix well and form into 12 meatballs. Place in lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Blend and heat taco sauce and soup. Pour over meatballs. Cover and continue baking 30 minutes longer. Yields 6 servings.
