GOOD OLE - TIME PORK ROAST 
2 tbsp. oil
1 fresh pork roast
Salt & pepper
Flour
Carrots & potatoes

Use electric skillet; heat oil. Salt, pepper and flour meat. Brown on all sides. Remove meat and drain all grease. Place meat back in skillet and add 4 cups water. Bring to boil, lower temperature on skillet and simmer until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Add more water during cooking, if necessary.
