CHILI MAC OLE 
2 c. Creamette elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni. Drain. Stir all ingredients together. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
