EIGHT MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 ptsp.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
fresh strawberries (for garnish)
1 graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
