1 box devil's food cake mix
10 Skor or Heath bars, broken into small pieces
2 small cartons chocolate Cool Whip
2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
milk (for pudding mix)

Bake cake in 2 layers according to package directions; cool completely. Make pudding according to package directions. In a large bowl, break one layer of cake into 4 or 5 large chunks and layer in the bottom of bowl. Pour 1/2 of the pudding over the cake. Spread 1 carton of Cool Whip over the pudding. Top with 5 broken candy bars. Repeat each layer and chill overnight.
