AUNT REGINA'S BUTTERFINGER ICE
CREAM
 
2-3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Milk
5-6 Butterfinger bars, crumbled

Mix your eggs and condensed milk and vanilla. Add milk to fill line and stir. Then add Butterfinger crumbs. Makes 1/2 gallon.

I make this with 1/2 and 1/2 and whipping cream (1 qt. of 1/2 and 1/2 and 1 pint of whipping cream) - I also use 3 tbsp. vanilla, 1 cup of sugar, 6 eggs, 1 can of condensed milk and add regular milk to the top of cannister. Unbelievably good and creamy and fattening!
