SALMON QUICHE 
Prepare pastry for 1 (9 inch) crust
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced green onions
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) drained salmon reserving liquid
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Saute onions in oil until tender. Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Add salt, pepper, paprika, onions. Stir in salmon and reserved liquid. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pastry lined pan. Pour salmon mixture over cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
