TENDER OVEN STEW | |
1-2 lb. stew meat, cut into cubes (boneless chuck is great) 1 (16 oz.) green beans with liquid 2 c. fresh potatoes, diced 1 c. carrots, sliced 1/2 slices 1 c. diced onions 1/3 c. instant tapioca 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 12 oz. tomato sauce Place meat, vegetables and seasonings in a covered roaster. Bake at 250 degrees for 4-6 hours. Will be very tender. Thick and ready to serve. |
