THAI HENS 
3 fresh Cornish hens, split in half

SAUCE:

1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper

Pour sauce over hens in plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove and grill for 45-50 minutes brushing with marinade. 6 servings.
