SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white wine or vinegar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced onion
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 qt. sauerkraut

Boil sugar and vinegar for 5 minutes. Let cool. Pour over rest of ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours. Keeps well in refrigerator.
