TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
4 c. frozen tater tots

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish. In skillet over medium high heat, cook onions and beef until beef loses its red color. Spoon off excess fat. Season with salt and pepper (garlic also, if desired).

Spread meat mixture into baking dish, cover with undiluted soup and top with a single layer of frozen tator tots. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.
