1 box lemon Jello
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. hot water
1 carrot, grated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jello, marshmallows, cream cheese and hot water. Heat until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add drained pineapple and carrots. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate several hours until completely set.
