DAKOTA BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
1 egg
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 to 2 1/2 c. bread flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. rye flour
1/4 c. rolled oats
Cornmeal

Sprinkle with wheat germ. Mix together then treat like regular bread, let rise until double, punch down. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
