CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
Nutmeg

Blend eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond. Gradually stir in scalded milk. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 25-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
