WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached white flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) carton spiced apple yogurt

In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, honey and oil. Stir in yogurt. Stir this into flour, just until moistened. Grease muffin pans or use bake cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
