FROZEN SWEET CORN 
35 ears corn (16-18 c. cut corn)
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. butter

Husk corn and wash thoroughly. Cut corn from cob at about center of kernels and scrape cobs. Put in 2 greased 9x13 pans. Add 1 cup half and half and 1/2 pound butter to each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool and freeze in serving sizes for your family.
