JELLY ROLL 
6 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Beat egg yolks and whole egg until foamy. Add water slowly while continually beating. Add sugar in slow stream. Beat until thick. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in. Add flavoring. Pour into 11x16 inch pan that has greased wax paper. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Dump unto powdered sugar towel and roll up. Let cool, unroll, fill and reroll.
