CRISP COOKED SESAME BROCCOLI | |
1 bunch broccoli (trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces) 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted in oven 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp tender. Drain and keep warm. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add broccoli and toss to heat through, but not overcook. Taste for seasoning, correct if necessary and serve immediately. |
